Tracking updates
Your order page shows its current dispatch state, carrier and direct tracking link as soon as they are available.
If a parcel is delayed
Check the carrier link first. If it has passed the estimated delivery window or the tracking looks wrong, email us with your order number and we will investigate.
Local collection
Collection orders do not receive carrier tracking. The order page shows when the item is ready and we will agree a collection time.
